Brain Fog Tip 11/23/18

 

T shares a tip for dealing with brain fog.
I have bad amazing success with getting rid of brain fog, clarity, and loss of memory.  What has helped me get rid of of it is by taking deap breaths of Pepperment oil aroma through the nose (breath it in slowly).  I'll hold it in for a few minutes and then breath it out.  I do this in the morning and at night.  I'll also do the same with Rosemary oil, I'll also put rosemary on my scalp to help with memory.  

 
Breathing in the Pepperminet aroma also might help those with the chest issues. 

I thank T for sharing. MaxOne, to Boost glutathione, is also very effective at reducing brain fog, however, it is far more expensive. But, of course it does a lot more than reduce brain fog. Yet, if finances are an issue Peppermint oilis only around $10 for 2 ounces and I would imagine it will help with chest issues too. I love a drop or two in a hot cup of water with 3 drops of liquid stevia or honey.
