Our new Nature's Gift® Parasite Stop Herbal Formulais here, but in limited supply to help Morgellons sufferers.
Research indicates that when dopamine uptake in the brain is reduced, so too is parasitic activity. For years we've relied on many of the medications listed in Chapter VI of my book to reduce parasitic activity, but didn't know why they did worked until a program participant forwarded me an article summarizing a study which indicated that reducing dopamine uptake in the brain reduces parasitic activity. They used pimozide (ORAP) in their study which is the medication that worked for me and is one of the ones listed in Chapter VI.
The value of these meds was to help the King DietSM kick in. When the diet "kicks in," itching and biting symptoms are greatly diminished and for many, as it was for me, the medication allowed me to go from Stage I of the diet to Stage II. For others, it's been instrumental in simply getting stage I of the diet to work.
I researched the other meds listed and found that most of them had the same effect in reducing dopamine uptake in the brain. Then a few months later, Olga, a new person to the program pointed out that some herbs also reduce dopamine uptake and my interest piqued. Our buddy coach, Barbara, is also an herbalist and she began researching the various herbs and combinations to achieve the same result and finally, after months, we do have a limited supply available and named, Nature's Gift® Parasite Stop Herbal Formula.
She suggests starting with three capsules a day and working up to 6 or as many as 8 a day until the Diet kicks in. Note, now medication or this herbal formula is an replacement for the King Diet®. They are only to help make the diet more effective.
Now, dopamine is the "Happiness Drug," of the brain. Research indicates that somehow the parasites through an enzymatic reaction cause too much dopamine to be produced so there's an over abundance to make sure the receptors take up a sufficient amount for the parasites to thrive. So, it's not likely that dopamine levels would drop substantially. But, if they did, then depression could become an issue.
The problem is that most of us starting the diet are already depressed to some degree or another, but not because of low dopamine levels, but because of the futility our past has brought us in fighting the never ending battle of skin parasites and not getting better. And, some of the symptoms like brain fog or inability to concentrate are caused by the parasites.
Here's a list of symptoms associated with depression. So, be wary and note that if any of them worsen, you may want to decrease the number of capsules you take daily or stop completely for a few days to confirm it's from the herbal formula. Like I wrote earlier, we're in the learning stages. Our caution may be inconsequential, but these are powerful herbs and we want to respect them and not mislead anyone
