Constipated? You can Be a Pooping Machine 8/17/2021

 

Sunday's 8/1/2021 update and Conference call was about the order in which we tackle Morgellons Disease.

To summarize, the first thing is to  make sure your pee and poop working as this is how toxins will be eliminated from the body. For most of us, this is no issue, but for some, it is a problem to be solved, not for only this reason but for general health as well.

This problem is often solved by making sure you're drinking a sufficient amount of water. Fact is, very few of us are sufficiently hydrated. So, before you do anything, make sure you drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day. This will get the pee moving and help loosen the stool.

Two other things were discussed
Diatomaceous earth (food grade) one teaspoon a day on empty stomach twice a day
This is a double whammy because it will help with elimination and clean out internal parasites.
Marge had a constipation problem for quite some time. After she read the last update, she started with DE and after just one week writes,
"I drink the DE every morning in my coffee and it has helped my constipation."
Marge started the program about a year ago and has been apprehensive about going on her dream vacation to Hawaii for the last three months. She wrote today from Hawaii, "One year ago I was in such bad shape this would not have been possible.  As bad as Covid was the shutdown of everything helped me. We stayed home in 2020 at that time I was not presentable I looked like a lepar.  Now (thank you God) I can fake that I am fine."

After these were discussed, my co-host, Robin shared that she mixed diatomaceous earth and baking soda in equal proportions and took one teaspoon in a glass of water on an empty stomach twice a day. 

After a few days she increased to two teaspoons twice a day on an empty stomach.

And then after a few more days up to three teaspoons (one tablespoon) twice a day for several days and then stop for a week.

Then resume with one teaspoon twice a day on an empty stomach as maintenance.

Another one to try is Epson Salts
"Epsom salts are a great way to relieve constipation. Mix 2 teaspoons of Epsom salts in a glass of water. Drink entire cup for best results. In our case, the juice would be lemon juice sweetened with stevia
