Yet, without the King Diet, I would not have a program, much less my life back. Each of you are very lucky. Lucky that the diet worked for me within hours - not days or weeks as it sometimes takes for others. If that had been the case for me, I probably would have never plowed though to discover the relationship between foods and parasitic activity and I'd have probably either died from the parasites or committed suicide. Yes, it's melodramatic, but every word is true.
Many try the diet for a few days - like I might have done - and get no results either because they made mistakes or it just hasn't kicked in so they give up. It's like a vignette in Napolean Hill's Think and Grow Rich book. A miner found gold and after significant investment in equipment was only able to recoup his investment before his mine ran out of gold. Distraught, he practically gave away his mine to get some of his money back. The fellow who bought the mine knew a little more about mining and found one of the biggest strikes of gold in American history just 3' feet away from where the first miner was digging.
If you're new to the program, you might have a lot of questions and suspicions. After all, most of the programs and protocols out there are created by someone in an ivory tower who never suffered but thinks they know what should work theoretically. So they create a gluten free diet or a variation of the Paleo Diet... They put their diets together with theory as opposed to experience. Then there are those who are still suffering who may be a little better but not over the parasites - kinda like the almost blind leading the blind.
Make no mistake, I have beaten Chronic Lyme disease, mites, skin fungus, Strongyloides Stercoralis, Collembola, hot tub rash, and Morgellons. I write this not to impress you, but inform you that I know what 24/7 suffering feels like. I remember what its like to take a near scalding bath at 3 am just to get some temporary relief for a couple hours. I've been in the trench of physical pain and suffering, emotionally depressed, confused, uncertain, angry and so on. The only thing that could have made my situation worse was to have an unsupported family or to have lost my job and be destitute as some are.
Unfortunately, I don't have a clear cut answer for those with unsupported family or have lost their careers or jobs, but fortunately, I have discovered the diet can support anyone in getting their life back from these hideous parasites as hundreds have done with my recommendations. Yet, I know skepticism is normal especially since many other protocols only seem to make the fellow selling them rich at your expense. When you look at my recommendations you'll notice that most are available on our on-line store. However, you don't have to purchase anything from our store. It's just that you will find it very difficult to find other supplements that will accomplish similar results and be compatible with the King Diet. You will also notice that it will most likely be impossible to find gels, creams, or soaps that are even close to providing the results of cleaning the organisms out of your skin that ours do without them having carcinogenic ingredients.
But still, in the book is a list of many products you can buy from your local pharmacy or on-line instead of any products from my store.

About The King Diet
I always say, "Don't Try the Diet - Do the Diet." And Robin, my Sunday co-host, didn't question that. Three Things to Do to Get Your Life Back
There are basically three things that are important to do to get your life back. First, is to MAKE THE DIET WORK. I'm not going to sugar coat this: The diet is strict and difficult for most, but not all sufferers. But which is worse? The relentless itching and biting and non healing sores day in and day out or taking time to MAKE THE DIET WORK and getting rid of all that misery?
One sufferer thinks I should dispense with the Diet and instead promote a week long fast - that will also work, but fasting can be dangerous and any fast over three days must be supervised by your doctor to avoid life threatening Keytosis. Nevertheless, when you come off the fast, you will still need to use the diet. Maybe you can go direct to Stage II and bypass Stage I. We have not had anyone provide feed back on this.
If you want proof the diet works without fasting, eat only bone broth for three days, but make sure you make it from real bones and not a packaged bone broth with additives. You can probably add celery and onions to your bone broth, but NO carrots.
But most would rather have other foods than be limited to no food or just bone broth with onions and celery.
Vegans: Yes, it can be a challenge to get sufficient proteian, but many vegans have done it and our coaches can help you.
Frame of Mind to Start the Diet.
This is not a haphazard diet like our doctor says, just eat healthy. It's very very specific and it's important to study and be very familiar with it
Suppose you move to another state and need to obtain a drivers license in that state. You don't just transfer your license. And neither can you just start some other diet like the Cave Man, Keto, or any other published diet and think it's going to make a difference. For instance every healthy diet allows olive oil. However, olive oil and most oils are not on the King Diet and will cause failure
So, since you can't just transfer your drivers license, you must study the rules and regulations for driving in your new state and that takes real focus and study. Details like:
►at 4 way stop sign, if four vehicles arrive at the same time, which goes first
► how far must you be from a school bus?
Likewise, it's really important to study the diet and know it inside and out. For instance, is citric acid as an ingredient OK? Answer: depends on the source. If it's derived from soy, it's not OK. But the label won't tell you what it was derived from so unless you know it's not derived from soy, it's best to avoid. This is just one example of many.
Are There Special Foods Required for the King Diet?
There are no special or expensive food required. Everything can be obtained at your local grocery store and your grocery bill will probably be less than what you were paying.
How to start the King Diet.
1. Put away all supplements you are presently taking - it's rare that your supplements do not have ingredients that are not an issue with the King Diet.
2. Go through your refrigerator and cabinets and remove all foods and drinks not on the diet - give them away, dispose of them, or store them elsewhere for a few months until your reach Stage II or III of the King Diet where you can have them.
3. Study the attached King Diet and make your grocery list.
4. Copy the diet into your smart phone so you will have it for reference.
Why the Diet Might not Kick in Right Away
If the diet doesn't kick in, it's for one of several reasons (not because it doesn't work):
1. You might have just had food containing lots of oil such as tuna in oil, salad with olive oil, marinated steak, and so on in which case it could take a week or so for the diet to produce results.
2. You're eating something with ingredients on the "Do not eat" list. a. Soy is found in 40 different additives any one of which will cancel out the benefits of the diet.
b. Diamond and some Morton's table salts have sugar in them.
c. Most brands of stevia have sugar or some other ingredient in it
d. You thought the new Smart Waters were a good idea but they are not compatible with the diet
e.You assumed your supplements were OK and most of them are not because of some ingredient that's not on the diet
f. The coffee beans you use were soaked in oil when roasted.
g.You didn't realize a simple breadth mint or chewing gum would be a problem
h. You ate in a restaurant and thought the butter they use was ok, but later found out it's a blend and not 100% butter.
i.You thought that asparagus and brussel sprouts were OK since they are both green.
j. You didn't realize the soda you drink occasionally could be an issue.
k. You thought you could get away with one little piece of birthday cake.
l. you didn't read the ingredients on the label and thought because the label said, soy and gluten free it would be OK
m. you thought any bacon or ham would be OK because it's pork, but it's cured in honey or sugar.
n. You thought the tea you buy in the grocery store or a tea specialty shop was OK, but didn't check to see all the additives.
o. You thought a glass of wine or beer would be OK
p. You thought a little sample at Costco would be OK
q. You thought cheese would be OK
r. You used vegetable cooking oil for your eggs
s.You're not strict with the diet and thinking you can "Kinda" be on it. Many of the above apply thinking you can cheat and get away with it.
t. You're taking one of the meds for ADHD or narcolepsy as listed in update 6/26/19, Medications that Feed Morgellons. Other meds that may also be a problem are Cortisone, Gabapentin, and Neurotin. You may want to consult with your physician for meds to replace these.
u. You've been addicted to sugar, sweets, soda, and so on and lack perseverance to stay with the diet. But, you can break any addiction and sometimes it's how you think that stands in the way.

x. You're concerned about losing too much weight. Yes, you may drop more weight than you'd like, but there are ways of minimizing that and if you focus, you can get to Stage II of the diet quickly and stabilize and gain back some of the weight.
Jump Starting the Diet
Sometimes you may need to jump start the diet. One time, after I had gotten reinfected, I remember I just could not get the diet to work. I had a bottle of MaxOne on my desk and for really no reason at all, I took just one capsule and bang, the diet kicked in.
In the beginning, Stage I foods were all I could eat. Still looking for more answers, a dermatologist prescribed ORAP. Within days, I was able to expand my diet and discovered Stage II where I stayed for many years. ORAP, along with about ten other meds are listed in Chapter VI are reported to have a similar effect. The Importance of Keeping A Diary
It's a great idea to get in the frame of mind by keeping a diary. Write at the top, "I will make the King Diet Work!"
Write the time of day that you have any food or drink. Then write the details of what you ate or drank. Then write down, using a scale of 0-to-10, the level of itching or biting (0 being nothing, 10 being as bad as it can get).
Then 20 to 30 minutes after eating or drinking write down the level of itichin or biting. If the level goes up, then investigate what you ate or drank and see if you made a mistake. By keeping the diary you can discover where you make mistakes or your specific nuanaces. For instance, maybe you can have rice in the morning but not in the eveining.
The diary becomes even more important as you make the diet work. For instance, after 5-to-7 days of being symptom free, you might inadvertenly eat something not on the diet and be totally OK.
However, after another 5-to-7 days you may experience symptoms. But when you check your diary, everything you recently ate should have been OK.
But when you check back a week or so you realize you ate something that you should not have. This is the "time dialation factor." You can get to a point where feel cured, eat a piece or two of birthday cake for three or four days and then at couple days later, the itch level goes to 8 or 9 and you wonder why. It's simple, check back on your diary and notice the birthday cake you thought you were getting away with.
Dietary Differerces Between Morgellons and Collembola
Roughly 80 to 90% of us have both Morgellons and Collembola which means the diet is super strict, the others only have either Collembola or Morgellons.
If you only are dealing with Morgellons, then you can consume probiotics, blue berries, coconut, and a few other foods - see Chapter IV of my book
If you are only dealing with Collembola, then you can have sugar, selected flavors of Haagen Dazs ice cream, and some candies in Stage II of the diet, but no probiotics, blue berries, or coconut oil. It's important to read Chapter IV as this is really knowing the diet and if you want to be successful, knowing the diet is critical.
Time
Secondly is to get your environment under control. Without effectively disinfecting your home, auto, and work place, you may be constantly reinfected to the point the Diet is negated. Chapter III has detailed information about how to get your inside and outside environment under control.
