Keytones and the Morgellons King Diet 4/14/19

Subject: Question: Ketones in Urine

"Dear Richard,
I hope you are doing well.
I am in stage I diet for about 11 months, yesterday I went to have my blood and urine test and got a high level of ketones in my urine, this as a result of lack of sugar and carbs in my diet, and probably I am not taking enough water, as I drink 6 glasses per day.

Do you have a suggestion for me? I love your diet because the diet, supplements and NG soup is helping me to keep control and reduce the symptoms of the mites; and I do not want to quit the diet, but I need to have my overall body healthy.
Thanks in advance for your time.
Regards,"
Mercedes

"Hi Mercedes,
Glad to hear you're doing well.
One time, I stayed on Stage I of the King Diet™ for 3 months to see if it was actually a cure. It is not! When I went off of it, within a week, symptoms of itching and biting returned. But, stage I is not intended to be a long term diet. If you can effectively disinfect your environment, clean your skin by taking up to three baths a day, one can advance to Stage II of the diet within a week to ten days where you'll find sweet honey.

What benefited me greatly in being able to do that was adding one of the medications such as orap that is specified in the protocol and in Chapter VI of my book. It allowed me to advance to stage II, then III and now eat anything I want within reason. Note that for most people, Stage II allows honey as a sweetener. "

I thank Mercedes for writing. Notice the King Diet™, revealed in my book, How to Get Your Life Back from Morgellons..., is instrumental in her getting her life back. Ketosis (ten signs of ketosis) is a natural part of losing weight, however, it can become a problem for those who go on a lastto either lose weight or cleanse their body. Some religions promote fasting and on a health approach, it's a good thing to do to cleanse the body and give the liver a break from toxins. Ketosis, which can be life threatening, is generally not an issue for those on the King Diet™ as there are carbohydrates such as rice, spelt, millet, and rye on the diet. A big challenge is bread as everything in the grocery store is not compatible. The good news is that it's easy to make with the super recipe for bread. However, these carbohydrates do not break down quickly to make sugar which may be why they are not enjoyed by the parasites.

According to webMd,
"ketosis usually kicks in after 3 or 4 days of eating less than 50 grams of carbohydrates per day. That's about 3 slices of bread, a cup of low-fat fruit yogurt, or two small bananas. You can start ketosis by fasting, too."

But for some strange reason, those with Collembola can have sugar in stage II of the diet. However, those with Morgellons, sugar is always a no no. Fortunately, as far as I know, limited amounts of honey is OK for Stage II Morgellons people.

Regarding the liver, a great thing to do is boost glutathione and our MaxOne product is the best most effective and diet compatible way to do it.
