One of the topics discussed during last Sunday's Healing Together phone call was non healing lesions. These lesions can be disfiguring and aggravating. Simply applying NG to them is not enough. It's important to do as much as you can to mimic a bath. We have the deep wound cleanse kit just for this. The only thing missing is the band aide.

Apply a drop of the NG solution to the lesion and then massage in a bit of the exfoliant cream that is included in the kit. Next, apply a few drops of the NG solution to the pad of a band aide and apply the center of the band aid over the lesion. Squirt a few drops into the pad of the band aide every four hours or so. Change the band aid daily, repeating the procedure, until the lesion has healed. The idea is to keep the lesion wet with NG. You can also apply a drop or two of water to the pad as well from time-to-time.
