How About A Stevia Pop 12/19/18

Maybe I should have saved this idea for summer, but soda pop is good any time of the year. Try it cautiously.

Hi Richard,

I spoke about the Pop made with Stevia during one of the Sunday phone support calls and you asked me to send you info.

The brand name is ZEVIA and they make a Cola, Lemon-Lime and Ginger Root Beer.  It is available at Fresh Market and Publix here in Florida.  It comes in 6 pack cans.  The ingredients are: carbonated water, stevia, Natural flavors and citric acid.  It's a clear liquid with no coloring and comes from California.
You can check it out at  www.ZEVIA.com
I am able to drink it with no ill effects.
Thanks again Richard for all you do to help others.
Mary

I thank Mary for passing along the information. Lemon-lime and ginger root beer sounds great to me. Sounds like it will be fine for Stage II of the diet and possibly for Stage I too. While the diet says, no ginger for stage I, it is questionable and may actually be OK. Pleas let me know if it's OK for stage I--I appreciate your feedback. Natural flavors always raise my brow, but who they may OK in this instance. Citric acid is also a concern as it can be derived from soy. But then, it can also be derived from many other sources as well.
