"My most successful recipe recently was plain baked tilapia fish, whole family likes it so much and it’s very easy to cook. I take several frozen tilapia fillets, put them into large skillet with half cup of water, fry them over medium heat for 5 min, put salt, pepper and lemon juice on fillets and then I place skillet in oven for 15 min (420 degrees), and fillets are ready. I will be making it again. Skillet should have metal handle, we cannot put skillet with plastic or wooden handle into the oven, it will burn." |
I thank Anna for sharing her easy delicious fish recipe. She has a knack for making delicious dishes. And, of course, I imagine you can substitute any non oily fish for tilapia.
