"I bought two sleeping bag liners inexpensively from Amazon. I slept in the liner with single-sized blankets for warmth. Each morning my entire bedding could fit in the washing machine and dryer for decontamination purposes. The sleeping bag liners are small and convenient to launder as opposed to regular sheets. Also, during times when organisms were particularly active at night, I could zip myself into the sleeping bag liner and protect my body from attacks."
