For instance, you might read the same thing over and over and not until you relax, will you see something that was there all along and you had read but never noticed it or understood what it meant. Or, you might think you're on the diet and still having symptoms and once you relax, the problem food will come to mind and when you check out the ingredients, you'll do an, "Ah ha." Or, something you read in one of my Blog posts will suddenly take on new meaning. And, those discoveries could make a big big difference in getting your life back from Morgellons Syndrome.
