Aluminum Warning - This Brain Fog Warning is for Real 10/18/2022

Morgellons is bad enough, no need to pile on other problems like can happen when you allow aluminum get into your body. I must admit that I thought this would be a short one paragraph update, BUT...

The first concern is with brain fog. Roughly 80% of those with Morgellons are dealing with some level of brain fog. Brain fog is described as a sudden loss of short term memory. For instance, you are looking for your keys. You think they are in your bedroom so you walk into your bedroom to find your keys, but when you get to your bedroom, you forgot why you came to the bedroom. You forgot all about the keys.

Now, we all have this type of thing happen from time-to-time, but with Morgellons, it happens frequently - maybe several times a day.  Healthline describes it as having:

  • memory problems
  • a lack of mental clarity
  • poor concentration
  • an inability to focus
There are several things to do to help clear it up:
Memory is not something to mess with as from brain fog next along comes dementia in more time.

Back to aluminum. An article
3 Scary Reasons to Ditch Aluminum Foil reports that aluminum:
  • is a neuro toxin
  • contributes to bone disease
  • promotes pulmonary fibrosis (lung disease)
Of the three, the aspect of aluminum being a neuro toxin is our top priority.
But, aluminum leaching into our food from aluminum foil is only one source for aluminum getting into our bodies. Basically all underarm antiperspirants and some deodorants contain aluminum that is absorbed right into your underarm skin.
Instead use deodorants, but read the ingredients.

But we are only scratching the surface of all the sources of aluminum.
Aluminum Toxicity and Main Sources of Exposure adds the following sources. Please pay attention:
  • "Aluminum Canned Food (Especially Acidic Foods like Tomato Sauce)
  • Microwave popcorn
  • Salted snacks
  • Hot chocolate mixes
  • Coffee Creamers (For example Coffee Mate contains sodium aluminosilicate)
  • Pickles and relish (aluminum often added to firm up the pickles)
  • Flour tortillas
  • Pizza
  • Muffins, Doughnuts, Cookies, Pancake mixes, baking mixes, brownie mixes etc…

OTHER PRODUCTS CONTAINING ALUMINUM:

  • Over the counter medications and prescription drugs (For example, antacids contain 200 milligrams of elemental aluminum in one pill, more than ten times over the “acceptable” 20 milligrams per day)
  • Cooking in aluminum pots and pans (and also non-stick coatings are almost always aluminum based so avoid those).
  • Grilling and baking with aluminum foil, or using aluminum foil to wrap leftover foods
  • Vaccinations, including Hepatitis A and B, Hib, DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis), pneumococcal vaccine, Gardasil (HPV), and others
  • Many body lotions and cremes
  • Most cosmetics
  • Shampoos and Conditioners
  • Soaps
  • Suntan lotion"
I have to admit, I was only thinking about aluminum foil and antiperspirants being the major sources. All these other sources blow me away. Some of the above sources such as vaccinations provide a single dose of aluminum. Remember glutathione is the body's major detoxifier and it will help get rid of that one time shot of aluminum plus if you boost your glutathione on a regular basis, it will be very important in protecting aluminum from accumulating and help diminish it.

But hold on to your seat. According to this page, the biggest source of all is CHEESE
"Aluminum salts produce a smooth uniform film around fat droplets to avoid “fat bleeding” and to give the cheese a softer texture. And food typically provides at least 90% of dietary aluminum that reaches systemic circulation."

Never in my wildest imagination would I associate cheese with aluminum. Cheese is OK for most of us when we get into Stage II of the King Diet and I love cheese. I immediately checked my bleu cheese and was happy to find it's OK. But my real cheese consumption comes from the cheddar cheese at Costco and I threw away the wrapper. So, I'm crossing my fingers as I'd hate to find out I've been consuming Aluminum all these years when I thought I had eliminated all sources of consumption and exposure except for an occasional soda in an aluminum can which I believe is OK since it's at cold temperatures and not hot where the carbonic acid may be more active with aluminum. However, I'd be leery about drinking soda or beer from cans on a daily basis.

Now, there's one more bad thing. I mean really bad thing - fluoride. Read "War on Fluoride with Morgellons Disease"  Many claim that they work synergistically to contaminate your brain resulting in dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. In fact
"hyperthyroidism, brain fog, coordination issues, depression, memory issues, depression, sleeping issues, can also be linked to fluoride." It seems to be the host inviting aluminum in as the Trojan Horse.
